Livestock Day Camp

Livestock Day Camp is geared toward youth in the FFA who want to learn the ins and outs of showing livestock. Members bring their livestock to the Sonoita Fairgrounds to learn about livestock selection, nutrition, working hair, exercising, fitting and grooming, and showmanship. Members participate in discussions and lessons with advisors and professionals. They compete in shows and competitions to practice the skills they learn during lessons. Members also complete their YQCA certifications and fill out seasonal passes.
